Small Group Leader
Each small group leader plays a key role in shaping the spiritual and social bonds that connect small group students. Through InsideOut events, independent group outings, and regular communication, small group leaders and students form an intimate community where trust is central. The small group experience is the cornerstone of our high school ministry.
Childcare for Adult Volunteers
The childcare volunteers work in Grace Land during InsideOut and watch the InsideOut volunteers’ young children. The preferred commitment is every week or every other week to provide familiar faces for the children.
Kitchen Team
Students and leaders are fed dinner each week during InsideOut. The Kitchen Team serves dinner and then cleans up the kitchen. This is a once or twice a month commitment.
Host Team
Host Team members make sure every student who walks into InsideOut feels welcomed, connected, and knows what to expect for the evening. They greet students, hold doors, and gather information from first-time students. The preferred commitment is at least twice a month.
Production
Production volunteers operate cameras and assist with other production needs in the Theater during InsideOut large group.
InsideOut meets from 5:00-6:30 on Sunday afternoons.
